A Simple Weekly Budget Template for Live Cam Sites

Step 1: choose a weekly cap
Look at your entertainment spending and pick a number you would not miss, then cut it by a quarter. Weekly caps work better than monthly ones because they reset before a bad week can snowball.
Step 2: convert units into real money
If the platform uses tokens or credits, work out what one unit costs in your own currency and write it down. Thinking in "tokens" hides the true price; thinking in rupees, dollars or euros does not.
Step 3: separate free from paid
